The European Qualifiers for UEFA EURO 2024 will commence in March, with teams competing to secure their place in the tournament to be held in Germany.
Fifty-three UEFA member associations will participate in the qualifiers, with the top two teams from each of the ten groups automatically qualifying for the finals. The remaining three teams will be determined through play-offs in March 2024.
The draw for the qualifying groups will be held in Frankfurt on October 9, 2022. The schedule for the matches has been finalized, with the final group games to be played in November 2023.
The play-offs will feature the 12 teams ranked third in their respective groups. These teams will be seeded into three paths, with the winners of each path qualifying for EURO 2024.
The tournament will be the 17th edition of the UEFA European Championship. It will be the second time that Germany has hosted the event, having previously done so in 1988.
