Two Injured in Plane Crash on Golf Course in Englewood
Englewood, CO - Two people were injured after a small plane crashed on a golf course in Englewood on Wednesday afternoon.
The plane crashed on the eighth hole of the Cherry Hills Country Club golf course around 12:30 p.m., according to the Englewood Police Department.
The pilot and a passenger were both taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is investigating the cause of the crash.
The golf course was closed for several hours while police and emergency crews responded to the scene.
